Valuations
QV Valuations provides current market valuations throughout New Zealand for residential properties. We have been valuing properties for over 100 years now and really know the market. Darroch, which is owned by QV, provides valuation services to the rural, commercial and industrial markets. QV through its Australian subsidiary, Egan Australasia, is part of the Egan National Valuers Group, which provides property valuation and consulting services across Australia.
Rating & Taxation
QV is the leading supplier of mass appraisal valuation for rating purposes in New Zealand and New South Wales. QV has a long history in the provision of rating valuation services, with well over 100 year’s experience. As a market leader our professionals have access to the latest technology to enhance mass appraisal valuations and deliver new rating values to all customers.
Quotable Value (through its 100% owned subsidiary Quotable Value Australia) provides specialist services for the local government sector with contracts for rating and taxation work. They are currently active across NSW and Victoria.
Property Services
Darroch Property Services manages and provides independent services in the following areas: asset and portfolio management, facilities management, project management, acquisitions and disposals, property needs analysis and organisational reviews. They also specialise in lease management including strategic portfolio and property planning, financial administration, accommodation solutions, risk analysis, compliance, maintenance and lease negotiation.
Online & Customised Data Solutions
QV has formed the joint venture company PropertyIQ with RP Data Limited, bringing together the businesses of QV Online and RPNZ. PropertyIQ provides a number of property information websites to the New Zealand market including qv.co.nz. Each of these websites provides a range of services tailored to a specific area of the market.
PropertyIQ is also active in the development of market analytics and enhanced property information.
