Valuations
QV Valuations provides current market valuations throughout New Zealand for residential, rural, commercial and industrial properties. We have been valuing properties for over 100 years now and really know the market. QV through its Australian subsidiary, Egan Australasia, is part of the Egan National Valuers Group, that provides property valuation and consulting services across Australia. QV owns and operates Darroch Valuations who provide valuation services to the commercial market from five offices throughout New Zealand.
Rating & Taxation
QV Rating conducts valuations for rating purposes for over 80% of New Zealand councils.
Quotable Value Australia Pty Ltd (QV Australia) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Quotable Value, established in 2000. Quotable Value Australia provides specialist services for the local government sector with a focus on rating and taxation work. They are currently active across NSW and are competing for work in Victoria and the ACT.
Online & Customised Data Solutions
QV has formed the joint venture company PropertyIQ with RP Data Limited, bringing together the businesses of QV Online and RPNZ. PropertyIQ provides a number of property information websites to the New Zealand market including qv.co.nz. Each of these websites provides a range of services tailored to a specific area of the market.
PropertyIQ also provides customised data extracts to both the corporate and public sectors. They supply a wide range of property variables cut and diced in ways to meet the varied needs of their clients, e.g. raw data, aggregated analysis, geo-spatial layers, imagery and more.
