Hoa joined QV in 1998 as a member of the Business Support team. 

After three years with QV, he moved into the QV Rating team in Auckland.  The position appealed as it enabled him to get out and assess a variety of properties.  While in this role, Hoa was given the opportunity and support to study toward a qualification necessary to become a qualified valuer.  This included financial assistance and flexibility of work hours to attend classes and exams.  Since qualifying Hoa has been promoted to an Account Manager in the QV Rating team based in Wellington.  It requires the completion of day to day valuation work and customer management responsibilities. 

To further develop his skills Hoa recently accepted one of a few places on QV’s future leader programme, which he is currently completing.

Jess joined QV in 2003 after completing a B.Com (VMP) at Lincoln University. Her family has always been involved with property, which lead Jess to a career in valuation. 

Currently working in the Christchurch QV Valuations team as a registered valuer, she focuses primarily on the residential market.

QV has provided Jess with the opportunity to further progress through the valuation profession.  This has resulted in her gaining both her registration as a valuer and more recently her New Zealand Institute of Valuers Associate status.

During her career she has been able to work along side experienced QV valuers throughout the country and also spend time in other locations including Blenheim and Timaru.
