CASUAL USER

Casual Users usually:

  • Want to use the system on an infrequent or ad-hoc basis.
  • Only need to search or require an estimate of value range for a few properties.
  • Are the general public, or smaller companies wanting to pay by credit card.

Casual Users can also earn 1 AA Rewards Point for every $10 spent, when you register your AA Membership number.

SUBSCRIBER

Subscribers usually:

  • Need access to property information on a regular basis.
  • Are companies.
  • Require multiple user IDs.

Report prices are less for Subscribers than Casual Users. Find out how much each report costs for subscribers by viewing our free sample reports, statistics and publications.

Subscribers are invoiced monthly and will be accepted only after a credit approval process is complete.

Subscribers pay for reports purchased, and a one-off registration fee of $20 (ex GST). The minimum a Subscriber account will be charged is $30 (ex GST) a month, but this is only charged if a Subscriber purchases a report for a particular month.   

The minimum monthly charge works as follows. If (in a month) a Subscriber purchases a Property Trend report for $19.95 ex GST and a Rating Valuation for $2.20 ex GST, the value for the reports is $22.15 ex GST. As this is less than the minimum charge the invoice for the month will be $30 ex GST.
