Report description

This report is released on a monthly basis and has the latest statistics on property price movement available from QV.  It gives you the most up-to-date information on how property prices are trending in an area.

The report includes the annual % change in the QV Price Index (Property Value Growth), and average sale prices for residential property throughout New Zealand, by council and main urban area.

Report Key
  1. Territorial Authority The local council area
  2. Average Sales Price The average sales price of houses, flats, home and income properties sold
  3. Property Value Growth The annual percentage change in the QV House Price Index for the selected area.
