A Guaranteed title will provide you with the most up-to-date Certificate of title, including all current interests in a property and any pending transactions at the time the document was ordered (in accordance with section 172A of the Land Transfer Act 1952). This will ensure confidence particularly around the time of a transfer of ownership.
