To understand the nature and extent of an interest in a property you can order an Instrument. Common Instruments include transfers, mortgages, discharge of mortgages, caveats, covenants, leases and easements.  A brief summary of an Instrument is shown in the interest section on the Certificate of title along with the Instrument numbers.

To order this report you will need to know the certificate of title number, land district and instrument number.
