A Title plan shows the old and new legal description allocated to the piece(s) of land outlined on the plan. Also included are boundary dimensions, total area and usually title numbers for the piece(s) of land. Some plans will show which parts of land are affected by covenants and easements etc.
Title plans can sometimes be called unit or flat plans. These plans will show the different common and private areas within a piece of land.
To order this report you will need to know the land district, plan type and survey number. If you are unsure of any of these details we can pre-populate the Title documents order form for you for most properties. To do this, search for the property by address and purchase a Certificate of title details report. Then click the Order title documents link in the report.
