Report description

It’s now easy to keep track of the value of your most valuable asset - your home. My House Value Tracker shows you how your property’s estimated market value has changed over the last two years and allows you to keep tracking the value for the next 12 months. The change in value has been determined using our popular online automated valuation tool, E-Valuer.

My house value tracker is a great way to keep track of the value of residential properties you own.  When you want to buy or sell we recommend that you purchase a full E-Valuer.  The full E-Valuer will show you the comparable sales used to calculate the estimated value, our confidence level in the estimated value provided, and an estimated selling range.  This additional information will help give you a better idea of what a property is likely to sell for.

My house value tracker is only available for residential properties that have had an E-Valuer (estimate of market value) available for at least 20 of the last 24 months and must currently have an E-Valuer available.
