Our Property Reports

Buying and selling can be hard enough without worrying about what information you need and when. Here's a simple guide showing how some of our property information can be most useful to you.

E-Valuer

An E-valuer gives you an instant estimate of the current market value for a property. It is an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) and is based on recent, nearby comparable sales. Ideal for when preparing for negotiations or looking to see how much your property is worth before selling.

Previous Sales

Have confidence in your numbers when making an offer by getting a sales history of a property from as early as 1981. All sales notified to the local council will be included.

Property Specifications

The basic details of a property including number of bedrooms, floor and land area, the age of the building and information about wall and roof construction.

Property Changes

Before investing in a LIM report from the council, this report can help identify if there have been any extensive renovations and subdivisions, by tracking changes to floor and land area as well as changes to value since 1991.

Building Consents

If you have any questions over recent renovations or additions on a property this report provides information on what has been approved since 2010.

Natural Hazard Info

Certificate of Title Info

At a glance, key legal information on a property including ownership details, references and interests.

Recently Sold

Information on recently sold properties can be purchased individually or in bulk. This information is best used to research a neighbourhood and can be filtered based on your criteria.

Full Market Valuation

Completed by a Registered Valuer, a Full Market Valuation involves a full inspection of the property as well as an analysis of related sales in the area. The local valuer will then apply their local knowledge and expertise to prepare a final report, which will outline the current market value of your property.

Title Documents

Certificate of Title, instrument documents and survey plan documents. This will confirm the tile, owner details and will outline other details such as whether there are any restrictions on the property.
