QV Graduate Programme
Our graduate programme is the largest of its kind in New Zealand Aotearoa, with a ‘road to registration’ roadmap designed to grow the skillsets required to excel in an ever-changing property environment.
Graduates are based across the motu and assist in various professional valuation services for clients, as well as ratings-based work. They receive continuous support and development, starting with our induction workshop, where they learn about who we are, our values and our culture. It’s an opportunity to meet senior leaders across the business and connect with other QV graduates.
We continue to invest heavily in our graduate development programme, because we’re proud to help guide this country’s future property experts and our business leaders of the future. Together, we help our local communities grow and prosper.
