Biggest and smallest regional value changes - July quarter 2026

Low sales volumes can cause fluctuations across New Zealand’s smaller towns and districts, with home values reducing by 8.9% and 6.4% in Wairoa and Gisborne respectively. Meanwhile, Waitomo and Mackenzie recorded the most growth on average.
