How it works
You can order a construction valuation online or by calling 0800 16 44 44. We’ll give you a quote and, once that’s been agreed to, we’ll set a time for one of our valuers to complete a comprehensive inspection of your property.
Soon after, you’ll receive a report that shows the value of your property as it stands today, as well as a projected value once construction is complete. Our valuer will check in throughout the duration of the building work to track its progress and will issue a completion certification at its conclusion.
In most cases, you will be working with the same registered property valuer during each stage of the build. Over the length of your project, the ongoing relationship you have with the QV property valuer allows them to have a greater understanding of your specific requirements.
Working together, you’ll have the best chance of getting your construction work done on budget.
